What is a whole grain??

With the popularity of the Atkins diet and other high protein, low carbohydrate diets of the past, whole grains received a bad rap. By just eating three servings a day, we can decrease our risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancers of the colon and other GI areas, and can decrease our total calorie intake, thus helping to lose weight. Prostate Cancer due to a Virus?

Researchers learned long ago that cervical cancer is caused by a virus, as are several cancers of the liver. Perhaps there is also a link between a virus and prostate cancer! Since prostate cancer is the second leading cause of death among men over 50, this could revolutionize the state of this disease.
